La Boulangère is a premium bread brand from Norac Foods. The range includes their popular, premium brioche burger buns, which take barbecue burgers to a whole new level of taste and style.
Norac wanted to take advantage of the summer barbecue season to raise the profile of their products, generate some excitement around the brand and stimulate regular and repeat purchases.
They called on Noise to add some sizzle to their summer…
With barbecue supplies often a spontaneous purchase, Norac wanted a promotion that would draw attention in store and prompt customer choice.
Noise created an eye-catching on-pack promotion to win a Weber barbecue, using a simple click to win mechanic. Prize codes were only accessible after purchase and were redeemable via a dedicated website.
The prizes of top-brand barbecues created a strong link between the product and the summer barbecue market, firmly establishing La Boulangère as an essential part of outdoor eating from the grill.
To reduce the costs of the promotion for our client and protect the promotional budget, Noise were able to offer prize indemnity insurance. This covers the full cost of prize fulfilment for a fraction of the prize fund value and ensures that all fulfilment costs are met in the event that all prizes are claimed, while also avoiding the upfront purchase of prizes that subsequently go unused.
This value for money feature allows Noise clients to offer impressive headline prizes in their promotions and limits the client’s financial exposure to the success of a promotion and associated costs.

In addition to stimulating sales, both now and in the future, Noise also delivered valuable customer intelligence, via data capture during the entry process. By including a few simple questions as part of the claim process, we provided the client with a live, clean customer database for future marketing along with a snapshot of purchasing behaviour. Naturally all data capture followed data protection rules and was GDPR compliant, with marketing opt outs available.
By creating an appealing promotion during a key sales period for the brand, Noise delivered increased brand awareness and improved sales through multiple and repeat purchases.
